The students ought to be the pillars of future society .They should practice discipline and devotion to studies so that they develop into well-educated individuals that make significant contributions to the society in the future .They must pass on whatever knowledge they have to others , so that even others can gain some extra knowledge . This may even lead to creation of awareness in many matters . They should act as responsible adolescents and they must not participate in political activities or involve themselves in immoral ways they should try and refrain themselves from all such activities for their benefit as well as the society's . Many people say "Those who practice, truth, tolerance and thrift can alone excel in society" and this applies on the students at first . They should try to protect their environment and society. Students should avoid littering places and should try to invest a few hours into community services if possible . Students should also behave respectfully to the elders of the society and take care of their needs i.e. help an elder to cross a road; stand up and make space for an elder to sit if there is none.

When people first homesteaded in Indiana , they developed a habit of yelling " Wh'os there " when anybody knocked on their door. This degenerated in Whosere, which in turn caused people to say to Indianans, "Oh, you're from the Hoosier State, so eventually the name stuck.

Hoosiers are from Indiana . there nickname is the hoosier state and they are known as the " Cross Roads of America " . And why do you think they got they name hoosier ,because when the pioneers were first coming though they would yell " WHO'S THERE" And it would sound like " HOOSIER " . So that's where it all started .
