No, Sango loves Miroku. If she does "love" Inuyasha it's more like a brother and sister love. Like they care for each other but not in a romantic way.

I believe it is in the 2nd episode, when he goes through the well to get Kagome back because she can see Yura's hair.

That's just the way miroku is, he was brought up like that, but even though he is a letcher, Sango still loves him.

I think love would be a strong word for it, she always admired him and in the later episodes did develop some feelings for him but she knew as a spawn of Naraku that he would never reciprocate, plus, I'm sure she knew Sesshomaru would never really return her feelings completely anyhow, which more than likely made her not fall for him. But, to be completly honest I was surprised at the amount of respect and little affection he held for her and also avidly defended her honor in the later episodes after her death in the Final Act.

So overall I'm sure if she had a little longer to know him and if he wasn't so indeffirent to her, she would have completly fell for him and maybe just maybe even him for her.
