The average IQ in 1400 is the same as the average IQ of the present day: 100. It might just seem less because they didn't have the same technologies that we have today.

Humanity has the same average IQ over history. Even humans at caveman times still had an average IQ of 100.

When I was in third grade, I had an IQ of 157, so having an IQ of 111 in the sixth grade is not so good. I am in seventh grade and I now have an IQ of 159. Although I was considered a genius in my class. I guess 111 is OKaayyyy, but, not exactly genius.

Well, presumably we know more. But some scientists say, that average IQ of Homo sapiens neanderthalensis was probably a bit higher than ours, because their brain was bigger and they had to struggle with much bigger difficulties than we do. Of course, many scientists disagree. :)

It mainly depends on the kid. For example, I'm 13, and so is my friend; both of us have an IQ of about 25 above the average adult, at least. My friend can pass College art exams, and I've passed a few Law school exams, and back in 5th grade I could have skipped a couple grades. Kids in general on the other hand spend most of their time talking about dating or texting instead of studying. In my personal opinion, most kids these days aren't very smart at all, but there are some exceptions.
