Meats such as camel, beef and poultry are eaten but pork is strictly forbidden. Dairy foods such as cream, milk and especially yogurt are enjoyed. To round out the diet, grains, rice, fruits and vegetables are also eaten.

Due to the moderate climate of Jordan, you can find lots of fruits that can't be listed in one answer, but for example you have watermelon, strawberries, several kinds of grapes, several kinds of peaches, figs, oranges, Mandarin, apples, apricots ....etc., but you can't find all these fruits all year long, everything is seasonal, but of course you can always find imported fruits in the market.
