anyway, here is your answer, yes they do, but in essence all you should need to do is return it to the store you purchased it from. usually the return limit is 30-90 days after p.o.s (point of sale) after that the warranty is usually up (because a warranty is given to the company and they are told to warranty it for that long), after this point you will need to purchase another purse as they will not refund your purchase
