How do you defeat king De De De on Kirbys epic yarn?
To get on to the King De De De level you must unlock Snow Land. To unlock Snow Land you must complete Water Land, by getting a piece of the Magic Yarn and stitch 2 pieces of Patch Land together which will unlock Snow Land.
When King De De De slams his Hammeron the ground stars will appear, grab the star and throw it at him. He will lie on the ground for 10 seconds while in that time quickly jump on his back and smash him (by pressing up then down).
A quicker way of doing this is when he swings at you jump over him and he will lie on the ground for 5 seconds, while he is on the ground very quickly jump on his back and smash him (by pressing up then down).
After you have Smashed him his sticks that are controlling him will fall down and you must quickly jump in the air, grab one and pull it off.
You must do this 4 times before he dies, but be careful he gets harder and harder each time.
After you have defeated King De De De you will find a piece of the Magic Yarn and it will stitch 2 pieces of patch land together which will unlock Space Land.

To get the two extra levels after the boss level, you have to collect enough beads to reach the patch symbol on the bead meter in the boss level. Then you get a new level in that land. To get the other secret level, beat the first one.
