There was three bills that were passed against the KKK. The three bills were fight against the KKK, help blacks and kill them.

The KKK was a secret organization whose members did not want to be identified as such. Thus, even if a rally were observed, the identity of the individuals present would not be known.

In the 1930's, my grandfather was cruel to his family, especially his young son. A neighbor threatened to call the police if my grandfather beat my uncle again. From then on, grandfather took my uncle to the basement and beat him until there was blood in his urine. Grandfather was also unfaithful to his wife and controlled his famiy with an iron fist. One day, grandfather found a bundle of switches on the front steps of the house. The KKK had left their calling card. The next step would have been to abduct him and give him a beating. He packed up and left his family. Grandfather died in his 90's, alone and deaf. The family thrived on the farm after he was gone.

It has nothing to do with a blood drop or Jesus or religion. It represents the Klan, and there are many parts to it that have a deep meaning and symbolism.
