I have a Toshiba laptop and I don't have this problem. You have to check all your settings like virus protection settings, windows updates, etc. Windows loves to shut down and restart to install updates. This is the main reason I've seen for the computer to want to restart. You should have control over these things. Sorry, that's all I have for you.

For example, a tablet will suit you if you are the person for just browsing the internet, replying to emails and on the occasion, playing a few games (which is available on the app store or play store on a tablet).

If you are the person who sends out formal emails (which would require the assistance of other programmes), does many word processes, a lot of on-line or computer work then I would recommend a laptop.

It also depends on how portable you want things, do you want to be able to slip it in your back pocket or do you want a more formal, bulky product.

It really depends on the kindle. Amazon just released a new e-reader that can get apps and music and lots more but a regular kindle can only get some games, audio books and books. So the difference between a regular kindle and a tablet such as an iPad is that tablets get zillions of apps, music, and shows and has color. So there you go.

1-5 pounds but if your on a couch you can probably put 1-150 and if a person sits on it and your on a couch it doesn't matter because the fat will act like a cushion and same with a couch but anywhere else would be 1-5 pounds i wouldn't recommend putting anymore than 5-10 pounds on it
