The water will have no calories in it. Lemon juice has little to no calories in it, most comming from natural or added sugars. If you are squeezing it yourself, expect maybe 5 or 10 calories for that much water. (If you are making it with a clear lemon flavor throughout all of the water.) From a bottle or package, there could be 20 to 40 calories for that much water and lemon flavor.
If it's the Real Lemon brand with the bottle that is shaped like a lemon, I used a mechanical pencil to open it, just push it through the hole in the top.

Yes, You need to apply it 5 times daily for at least one month. Your birthmark will begin to tun pink in the beginning, then gradually fade. Make sure the lemon juice is freshly squeezed at each application. It quickly loses it's effectiveness as it oxidizes.
