Lemonade is a lemon-flavored drink typically made with lemons, water and sugar. The classic lemonade is made using fresh lemon juice. This is typically served as a refreshing beverage in summer. Other types of lemonade include reconstituted which is made using commercially preserved juice, a powdered mix and a "slush" made with shaved ice, lemon juice and sugar. Lemonade is often filtered clear and carbonated as a fizzy soda. Variations of this popular drink include "pink lemonade" and "cloudy lemonade"

Where do they set up the lemonade stand?
Theoretically if you place your stand on land that is owned by the town, city or state, you need a permit.
If you place your stand on property that is privately owned, you do not need a permit, but you do need permission from the owner of the land.
If you do it on your own private land, you do not need a permit.

Not usually! Sometimes it can be. You have to be careful with how much you drink. If you drink a cup every 2 days that's fine.

Honestly it's a bit of a grey area. If it is on your own land, no. If it's on private land and you have permission, no.
If it's on Public land and you don't have the relevant permits... Yes.
If you are an adult you will almost certainly be moved and you risk a fine.
If you are a child you still might get moved but nothing more. No self-respecting local authority will punish a child, but they may (quite rightly) ask you to move on.

But, when it is digested it becomes an alkaline, so is determined to be an alkaline food!

Make sure you go to a good spot to go. Just advertising at a small street corner will get you nowhere. Go to a park or a large sport event.
You should promote the lemonade itself telling people how good it is and why they'd enjoy drinking it.
