The best way is to take the London Underground: Central line from Stratford (heading towards Ealing Broadway or West Ruislip) and then change at Holborn onto the Piccadilly Line (heading towards Heathrow Terminal 5) and exit the Underground at Heathrow Terminals 1, 2, 3. Follow the signs to terminal 3.

The Piccadilly Line Trains run direct from all the terminals to the very centre of London.

There are no direct trains. You will have to take the Piccadilly line into central London and change onto the main line for Norwich.

Terminal 5 is actually on the M25. All of the other terminals are on the M4 which is just off the M25.
