To get here you must beat Boolossus then get to the roof. Beat the ghosts there and get the key on the far tower to the left. Then go to the far right tower and fall in to it to get to the Sealed Room. Then get the key and warp back to the Foyer. The Guest Room is on the second floor near the stairs to the third floor, but the Sitting Room is before it. Here beat the ghosts then go to the room next to it which is the Guest Room.

The Wardrobe room is the 3rd room you visit inside the mansion. To get to it simply go through the Parlor room, then head through the Anteroom and then you will arrive at the Wardrobe room.

When you enter the room, there is a wind gust that pushes you all the way to the back. When the spiders show up, let one of them grab you with their web. A second spider will grab you, when this happens kill the first spider. By doing this, the spiders are getting you closer to the stairs. Keep doing this until you reach the bottom of the steps. There will be one giant spider to kill and you are there!

in some rooms by beating a lot of ghosts and making the light come on. sometimes its money and sometimes its just one big ghost

All you have to do is rock the horsey cradle thing. Then you will go to this ghost dimension and fight the demonic baby. Then suck up the ball with you p.3000 and spit it back at him(this may require use of the control stick)(yellow stick)

once you get in the twin's room and find them, you need to have the water element in hand, you go in once they say they're ready. once you go in use the water spray on the little boxes, if it shakes a twin is in there, if it just sits still nothing is in there.

You must Light all the Candles in the Astral Hall and take out all the ghosts and then you can go into the observatory

Basically all you have to do is A) get the fire medal and B) unlock the laundry room. to get the fire medal go into the fortune tellers room (next to the stairs to the basement) and go through the door on the right. Kill the invisible grabby ghosts and a chest appears. Open it, get the fire medal then walk up to the torch. Suck up the thing that comes out of it. Now using L light the candles. This unlocks the door into the fortune tellers room. Now light the candles in the fortune tellers room. This makes a key appear on the drapes. Suck it down and you have access to the laundry room.

Now go to the bathroom corridor and you see a candlestick floating. Light the candles and the butler appears. Follow him, making sure not to get hit, through the laundry room door. He drops the key (or it might be you just follow him through the door quickly cant remember) and you go through the door (not the fake one) kill the butler and go into the secret room

i don't know that but in super Mario 64 when you go in to the backyard and run around the "L is real 2401 statue" run around it either 64, 128 or 2401 times. the big boo should turn into a laser unlocking luigi.
