Macbeth

Macduff is keen to seek Macbeth's death because Macbeth has murdered his family, including his wife and children. Macduff sees it as his duty to seek revenge and rid Scotland of Macbeth's tyrannical rule. Additionally, Macduff is loyal to the rightful king, Malcolm, and believes that Macbeth's death is necessary to restore order and justice to the kingdom.

She has ambitions to be the queen and to be in charge of socially important engagements. Therefore she would like movies about the lifestyles of the rich and famous.

She is also pretty clear that in her house, she wears the trousers. She would probably like movies where men are dominated by women.

The town mentioned as the site of the battle Macbeth fights in in Act 1 is Forres, which is way up north in Scotland. Ross comes and reports another battle way down south in Fife, which is a county not a town.

Macbeth was consumed by his ambition and desire for power, leading him to prioritize his own goals over his moral conscience. He was influenced by Lady Macbeth and ultimately convinced himself that the benefits of committing the murder outweighed the voice of his conscience.

Regicide is the term for killing a monarch or king. It is considered a serious crime and historically has been punished harshly.

Duncan calls Macbeth "O worthiest cousin!" and "Noble Macbeth" as signs of his trust and admiration for him. Duncan also says, "There's no art to find the mind's construction in the face," indicating his belief that one's true intentions are not always apparent from outward appearances.

In Shakespeare's play "Macbeth," Duncan's chamber is the setting where he is murdered by Macbeth. Macbeth enters Duncan's chamber while he is sleeping and kills him with a dagger. The murder takes place offstage, and the chamber becomes the scene of the crime where the body is discovered.

In the internal logic of the play, Macbeth has to be deposed to end his reign of terror, and that can only happen if he is killed. Besides, Macduff wants revenge for the death of his family.

In Act V, Scene V of Macbeth, he is consumed by guilt, paranoia, and despair. He is experiencing extreme mental torment and is haunted by the consequences of his actions. Macbeth is also grappling with a sense of impending doom and the inevitability of his downfall.

Banquo voices his suspicion that Macbeth has attained the crown through foul means, such as murder. He questions Macbeth's sudden rise to power and his prophetic encounter with the witches, suggesting that he may have conspired to fulfill his own destiny.

Banquo is portrayed as a loyal and trustworthy character in Shakespeare's "Macbeth." He remains noble and honest throughout the play, showing qualities of integrity and honour. Unlike Macbeth, who succumbs to ambition and betrayal, Banquo's moral character remains steadfast.

Killing Macduff's family causes Macduff to become more determined to seek revenge on Macbeth, as it increases his personal vendetta against him. This act also leads Macduff to join forces with Malcolm and the English army to overthrow Macbeth's tyrannical rule.

The traitor of King Duncan was Macbeth, who was the one who ordered his execution in the play "Macbeth" by William Shakespeare. Lady Macbeth and Macbeth conspired to murder King Duncan in order to seize power.

Lady Macbeth returns the bloody daggers (two of them) to the grooms in Duncan's chamber. Macbeth cannot face doing it.

She is trying to laugh off his insane behaviour. Totally unsuccessfully, I might add. She says, "What, scream and yell at things that are not there? Oh, don't worry about that, he does that all the time." Yeah, right.
