I just asked a reseller that same question as I have a first generation Macbook pro and wanted to upgrade to the larger hard drive and dual density DVD burner with faster wireless.

Here are the answers I got.....

Springboard media in Phila.PA says they buy them for about $1000.00 and sell them for about $1300.

I saw one in a pawn shop for $900.00 last week.

If you do find a used one make sure it is a core 2 duo (the newest) not the core duo processor.

The $1300.00 black macbook has all the features of the new pro except for the backlit keyboard and the separate video card. (not needed except for graphic professionals and gamers.)

First open the email in Microsoft Outlook, which you want to forward and then click on the "Forward" button present in the upper right hand side of the toolbar menu.

Click to highlight the file then click and hold for about 1 to 2 seconds on the discription area and it should turn into a editing type box. Simply type the new name you want and click the disktop to make it stick.

Apple made Windows available on MacBook Air and MacBook Pro by using Apple’s Boot Camp software. Boot Camp is a utility included with OS X that allows users to partition their hard drives and install a separate operating system. This allows users to dual-boot between Mac OS X and Windows. Boot Camp supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.

When users launch Boot Camp, the software creates a partition on the hard drive, copies the Windows installation files onto the partition, and then restarts the computer into the Windows installation process. Once the installation is complete, users can select between Mac OS X and Windows when they boot the computer.

To get a copy of Windows, users can either purchase a retail copy of the operating system or purchase an OEM version from a third-party vendor, such as Microprokey. com OEM versions are cheaper and are tailored for the specific hardware of the MacBook Air and Pro. Once users have a copy of Windows, they can use Boot Camp to install it on the Mac.

Adobe PhotoShop does not come pre-installed in MacBook Pro's, mainly because of the cost factor involved. Adobe PhotoShop is rather expensive for most home users and having it installed in machines that will be distributed to regular users as well is not a suitable option as having it installed will bump up the price.

I suggest you purchase PhotoShop separately and install it onto your MacBook Pro, purchasing it in the box is also better because it will come with printed instructions and a CD-ROM that you can use to install it again if you restore your laptop.

Yes an apple magic trackpad would definitely work with an Australian macbook.

once you download the map (this goes for any downloaded map by-the-way)

take the folder with the map files, and place it in the "saves" folder of your minecraft files.

to get to the minecraft files on Mac:

go to finder

Depends on the game. the game should have a button to click making it full screen. If not try to left click and drag the screen to each side. Or click the 3rd button from the left on the top left to make it full screen if it is visible. If none of that works then you may not be able to make it full screen.

By the look of the file that you wish to install onto your MacBook Pro "setupexe", it seems like you are trying to install and use a Windows application. This can be seen because any application with the extension "exe" is an executable file and is made for Windows. You cannot install or use these sorts of application using Mac OS.

Unless you have BootCamp and Windows installed on your Mac, you cannot use these applications. If you do have BootCamp and Windows installed, simply boot your machine into the Windows OS and install your "exe" file.
