One of the complaints consumers express about the MacBook Air is image quality from the built-in iSight camera. If you're in the process of spec'ing a new Mac, be aware that the Air has a slower processor speed than its portable siblings; lacks a swappable battery; has no optical drive; has only one USB 2.0 port, and no Firewire or built-in Ethernet ports (although the USB Ethernet cable is an affordable option); has no audio-in jack; and has non-expandable memory, limited to 2 GB (still suitable for most business applications).

The nicer features include LED back-lighting, full-size keyboard, awesome NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics card (speaking as a part-time 3D modeler, I can tell you NVIDIA boards are outstanding), wireless 802.11n and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR standard, and an optional $99 USB SuperDrive available.

If you're looking for an ultra-light laptop for business use, the MacBook Air is a nice choice. If you're working on design and graphics applications, the MacBook Pro would be the preferred option.

The Mac does not have a BIOS to enter. The equivalent would be the Extensible Firmware Interface (EFI) to access this (which is traditionally referred to as Open Firmware hence the O and F key combination) press Command-Option-O-F keys during startup. If you did not know this then you may want to read up around the subject before starting to mess with your Mac.

I just asked a reseller that same question as I have a first generation Macbook pro and wanted to upgrade to the larger hard drive and dual density DVD burner with faster wireless.

I saw one in a pawn shop for $900.00 last week.

If you do find a used one make sure it is a core 2 duo (the newest) not the core duo processor.

The $1300.00 black macbook has all the features of the new pro except for the backlit keyboard and the separate video card. (not needed except for graphic professionals and gamers.)

Click to highlight the file then click and hold for about 1 to 2 seconds on the discription area and it should turn into a editing type box. Simply type the new name you want and click the disktop to make it stick.

Apple made Windows available on MacBook Air and MacBook Pro by using Apple’s Boot Camp software. Boot Camp is a utility included with OS X that allows users to partition their hard drives and install a separate operating system. This allows users to dual-boot between Mac OS X and Windows. Boot Camp supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.

When users launch Boot Camp, the software creates a partition on the hard drive, copies the Windows installation files onto the partition, and then restarts the computer into the Windows installation process. Once the installation is complete, users can select between Mac OS X and Windows when they boot the computer.

To get a copy of Windows, users can either purchase a retail copy of the operating system or purchase an OEM version from a third-party vendor, such as Microprokey. com OEM versions are cheaper and are tailored for the specific hardware of the MacBook Air and Pro. Adobe PhotoShop does not come pre-installed in MacBook Pro's, mainly because of the cost factor involved. Adobe PhotoShop is rather expensive for most home users and having it installed in machines that will be distributed to regular users as well is not a suitable option as having it installed will bump up the price.

I suggest you purchase PhotoShop separately and install it onto your MacBook Pro, purchasing it in the box is also better because it will come with printed instructions and a CD-ROM that you can use to install it again if you restore your laptop.

Depends on the game. the game should have a button to click making it full screen. If not try to left click and drag the screen to each side. Or click the 3rd button from the left on the top left to make it full screen if it is visible. If none of that works then you may not be able to make it full screen.
