--Actually, the nutritionist in the episode mentioned to Lauren something about hyper/hypo-glycemia which deals with your blood sugar level.. I don't remember which one is which but one of them can cause fainting spells if you let your blood sugar get to low. Usually, if it gets to low they can correct it by drinking something with sugar or eating something with sugar and that will spike the blood sugar level back up.. It is also common with diabetes..
