How do you give a man a pedicure?
here are the steps to do a perfect pedicure:
- remove the nail polish from your nails
- cut you nails then file them. your nails should be a square shape. do not use metal filers (they rip your skin)
- soak your feet in lukewarm or hot water. fill a tub with the water and throw in bath salts and oils. let them soak for 10 minutes.
- apply cuticle remover to the base of the nails and leave it there for about a minute. use an orangewood stick to push the cuticles back. use cuticle nippers for any loose skin.
- use either a foot scrub, wet pumice stone, or a foot file to remove dead skin. scrub it on the balls, heels, and sides of your feet. stop when your foot turns red.
- dry your feet with a towel thoroughly. apply foot cream all over feet. rub cuticle oil on your cuticles.
- use acetone remover to remove excess oil. then put nail polish on your nails. do not paint your cuticles.
- after your nails have dried, spritz with a moisturizing oil because it will set the polish and moisturize your cuticles.
- you're done!
