Yes! A toenail fungus can live between the nail and the polish. Also, the polish should definitely be discarded after use on infected nails. You can pick up a bottle of nail fungus remover over the counter at most pharmacies. You will be better off to keep polish of your nails until the fungus is gone. (I learned this while in college for Nail Technology).

Using nail varnish remover, dab at it with cotton wool. For the slippers you will have to work on the varnish side. For the shirt, dab through from the wrong side with some remover soaked cotton wool on the right side as well. Then wash on a moderate wash.

I don't think that it will because yesterday night i was taking of my nail polish and i left the remover on my desk and it fell of and went all over me and my jeans were fine.

Clear nail polish is great if you want your nails to look shiny and feel smooth without actually wearing a colored nail polish. Also, applying clear nail polish over a nail polish color you are wearing preserves the colored nail polish for a longer amount of time.

not long, as soon as you have applied crackle to all of your nails you can put top coat on in the same order you applied the crackle, as it will be fully cracked my this stage.

Well....... Yea you can, but if you dont want to damage your nails then put a bass coat on first, it protects the nail from damage and turning a horrible yellowy colour in some cases. Dont worry the bass coat does nothing to affect the colour of a clear polish

The research pointed out that beauty products are often high in chemical compounds known as phthalates: the study showed that in some women, these chemicals disrupted the endocrine system.

But before you stop wearing nail polish, the report did not say that diabetics should immediately avoid all beauty products. In fact, this particular type of chemical compound is found in a number of other products, many found around the home. The study was a first step in trying to learn more about environmental risks and dangers of these commonly used chemicals. The report seemed to indicate caution-- some women with diabetes seem to be affected, but others do not. At this point, I would recommend discussing the study's findings with your doctor, and following his or her advice.

Most salons use OPI and/or essie. They also offer gel nails and acrylics. Some nail salons use a variety of brands, but often they are not the best quality. Sally Hansen is pretty good but, other than that, you won't be getting that good of a manicure.

Nail salons are quickly moving to gel polish because it's quick, it lasts a long time, fumes are less, the customer walks out the door with dry nails she or he can't mess up with car keys or seat belts, and (most important to the technician) it's not something most customers can do at home because it cures with a special light. The most popular brands are Shellac, Gelish and OPI.

Up till recently, conventional nitrocellulose nail polishes were all that existed. These consisted of a petrochemical solvent (like Toluene, Butyl Acetate, etc) with plasticizers and other ingredients to add properties (like film flexibility). There are now water based polishes that exist, like Acquarella, SunCoat and Honeybee Gardens that are much safer due to the absence of petrochemical solvents.

its black..........BUT there r other colors 2.......

well.... id be labeled as emo, and i generically wear black 3 quarters of the year, but maybe a week here or there i might paint them grey. ive had my nails black for more than a year, and i have had them white for a week. nailpolish isn't really labeled as ''emo'' its what you like.
