Ligator Skin Pouches are dropped by Ligators. You can find these in the Kerning City Swamps. Simply head into the subway station in Kerning City and continue along until you reach a portal that will take you to the map where you'll find a bunch of Ligators. :)

You actually BUY basic molds from Nack (materials merchant). He's the first NPC on the left when you step inside the portal to Ardentmill.

First you double click it.Second you press n. (hotkey for monsterbook)

Then you go to familiar.Last you click the monster card from the monster book.

They are ABSOLUTELY free, I don't see why you can't make on yourself. If you're trying so hard on here, you could at least save some time by making one yourself. Unless it's not actually your brothers birthday and are just trying to get someones account.
