There are only 2 ways to get powerful weapons; scrolling and buying scrolled weapons.

There are 5 types of scrolls which you can use:

10% scrolls - work 10% of the time. Add 5 attack (not sure about magic attack)

30% scrolls - work 30% of the time. Same as 10% scrolls but can "blow up" the item 50% of the fail rate.

60% scrolls - work 60% of the time. Add 2 attack (not sure about magic attack)

70% scrolls - work 70% of the time. Same as 60% scrolls but can "blow up" the item 50% of the fail rate.

100% scrolls - work 100% of the time. Add 1 attack.

You have to go to Magatia via Ariant, as far as I'm concerned. There are a number of ways to get to Ariant.

1. Via Manji (finish Manji and the secret group. He'll teleport 5 times or something)

2. Via Orbis. (Take the ship)

3. I think you can get to Ariant if you do the Rememberer's quests. I'm not sure.

Once you get to Ariant, go two maps left(I think.) and talk to the Camel Cab. Pay your fee and voila you're at Magatia!

learn all you can about maplestory with Google or wiki and try changeing your keys around until there comfortable and just play on and as you go you will become better there is no way to be instantly good at maplestory

For non member Runescape isn't that big, but for members it is huge.

First, you must be in Falconreach. Click on the TRAVEL button at the top-right corner and you will arrive in a place next to a gryphon. Click OSPREY COVE on the destination bar and the gryphon will fly you there. Upon arriving in Osprey Cove, immediately head for the shop with a sword above it. You will find a shopkeeper. Shop and at the bottom of the list you will find a book that costs 3500 gold. Buy it if you can and head out of the shop. Talk to the pirate guy called Rhubarb. Press "BEcome a Pirate!" and hand in the book. After this you can wear pirate armour and perform pirate skills. Just talk to Rhubarb and he will do the rest.

I'm not sure if you chose this, but Maplestory is a video game, and different from The Monsters Are Due On Maple Street. But Steve Brand is basically the only person who tries to stop the chaos. He's thinking clearly and seeing the stupidity of the situation.
