Black is dropped by - Ratz, Black Ratz, Chronos(Unconfirmed), Zombie Lupin, Mateon, Black Porky, Ultra Gray, Grupin, Book Ghost, Hector, White Fang(Unconfirmed), Mr. Alli, Homun, Lucida, Kentaurus(Unconfirmed), Bain, Risell Squid, Green Cornian, Skelegon, Chief Guardian of Oblivion

...Since they have roughly the same drop rate of ores, they shouldn't take a lot of work to obtain...

Steel plates cannot be found in MapleStory. The only way is to:

1) Forge it using 10 steel ores and 450-500 mesos at either Vogen, Pi, Mr.Thunder, Muhamad, Chrishrama, or Chris.

2) Complete one of the following quests: Nella & Kerning City Citizen's Request, Keol's Order #2 Keol's Order #5 quest.

It's frustrating to get a clean, no-dinks Helmet Pepe Helmet. It's a very rare drop from Helmet Pepes. Normally they drop Broken Pepe Helmets, but very rarely they drop a shiny, non-damaged one.

There are only 2 ways to get powerful weapons; scrolling and buying scrolled weapons.

There are 5 types of scrolls which you can use:

10% scrolls - work 10% of the time. Add 5 attack (not sure about magic attack)

30% scrolls - work 30% of the time. Same as 10% scrolls but can "blow up" the item 50% of the fail rate.

60% scrolls - work 60% of the time. Add 2 attack (not sure about magic attack)

70% scrolls - work 70% of the time. Same as 60% scrolls but can "blow up" the item 50% of the fail rate.

100% scrolls - work 100% of the time. Add 1 attack.

the more cp you get the more exp u get.

a win also gives exp so try to win.

PS: try to kill as many monsters as u can and also when u r getting a party try 2 get a strong party.
