There are no 'quick fixes' to remove drugs from your system ! The simple answer is - unless you're prepared to accept the consequences - DON'T do drugs !

Use the towel method. Put your beaners in a damp towel (make sure its not to wet or they will rot) put them in a jar that fits confortable fer them. put 1/2 ounce of water at the bottom. Put it in a really dark place ( it doesn't want light ) leave them for for 24-30 hours. make sure it is in a damp place so the seeds will absorb the water. once they sprout. move them into a plastic cup for a couple of weeks. once they get big move them. your plants will be unhappy if you leave them in a crowded spot. I use a solo cup and slice four slits in the bottom for good water drainage and added aeration. It also makes the transplant very easy. Allow soil to dry, cut slits down the cup sides and gingerly remove plant. Be easy on all the tender roots. water your plants when the dirt is dry ( DO NOT OVER WATER THEM !!) and kinda crummy then water them which occurs 2-3 days later after watering. once your plants start to get a lot bigger and looks like its ready for harvest ( takes usually 8-12 weeks it varies on the kinda of marijuana you have planted) When the resin glands or trichomes (on your buds) are about one-half turning a milky white or amber in color (versus clear or translucent), and the small hairs have begun to turn orange, brown or reddish in color, it is then time to harvest your weed. You have a window of 5-7 days for peak harvest and potency. I will tell you, the more amber the trichomes have turned, the 'stonier' the pot will likely be. This is why I recommend harvesting when about 1/2 of the resin glands have turned amber in color - be patient, and be sure of what you see. You will harvest excellent weed at this point without passing the premium harvest window and the weed will generally NOT make you completely lethargic when.Temps over 80 degrees and too much moisture and even rough handling will actually decrease your THC potency. Be gentle with your buds from trimming through drying, it will pay off in potent reefer. I trim my buds the same day I harvest the plant or top. The leaves are firm and cut off quite nicely. Different strains of marijuana are different to trim. You want to remove all the large leaves and trim off the leave tips that are all around the buds themselves. I take the time to remove the large leaves right to the stem, leaving little to no stem stick in my buds. This is a learned skill, but not too difficult to improve as you go (grow). Makes for a great smoke. well that's all i gots ta say. hope it helps all you new indoor growers. if you want to grow outdoors. choose somewhere nobody goes or knows about. DONT NOT TELL ANYBODY. Marijuana stays in your system for 3-6 weeks, and it stay in your fat cell. drinking water, vinagar or anything else that you have heard of is a myth, and the only way to speed up the removal of traced of weed from your system is excersize and marijuana masking products.

That's why drinking water won't do anything to remove it from your system, and that's why it takes such a long time to get it out of your system. Drugs like opiates or cocaine or speed stay in your bloodstream, so you can pee them out in a few days, but since THC stores itself in your fat cells, you basically have to work it off, like, exercise it off, which takes weeks, depending on your height and body weight. If you're short and skinny and you exercise a lot, you might have to stop smoking for only 2 weeks or so, but if you're large and you don't exercise, you'll have to wait a month, or even six weeks.

As far as Anxiety problems pills have not helped for me. I use Marijuana for medicinal and recreational purposes. This herb is one of the greatest known to man. It has helped greatly with my depression/stress/anxiety. On the other hand Marijuana (certain strains) makes me very happy and excited during the "high", and sometimes causing me to possibly release adrenaline in my body, in turn triggering Anxiety attacks.
