What is a summary of maxium ride?
It's basically about six kids who escaped from a lab where they were experimented on as little kids, with scientists injecting they're DNA with avian DNA, making them 98% human, 2% bird. That includes wings.
The main character (and narrator) is Max. She's 14, and the leader of the 'Flock'.
The Flock consists of 5 other bird-kids, including Fang, Izzy, Gazzy 'The Gasman', Nudge, and Angel.
Fang and Iggy are the same age as Max, 14.
Fang is dark-haired, dark-eyed, and has olive skin. He doesn't talk much, and is considered Max's best friend and right-wing man. Second in charge. Usually the one who is calm and composed in intense situations.
Iggy is fair-skinned, and has reddish-blonde hair. After scientists in the lab tried to give him night-vision, he became blind after a mistake. He's an excellent cook, and is best friends with Gazzy, and enjoys creating bombs with him. Also very funny and sarcastic.
Nudge is 11, and is known as being a VERY talkative girl. She's black, and after they get a makeover in the first book to try and throw off the people hunting them, Max realizes that Nudge has the potential to be absolutely gorgeous when she grows up. Nudge is very fashion-concious and is the 'girliest' of the Flock. She's great with technology.
The Gasman, or Gazzy, is 8, and has bad digestive problems (hence the name..). He's tough for an 8 year old, and has blonde hair and blue eyes. Loves to build bombs with Iggy. Has the ability to mimic voices, or any sound.
Angel is the youngest bird-kid, at the age of 6. She's very intelligent, and the baby of the Flock. She gets kidnapped in the beginning of the first book, which sets up the rest of the Flock to rescue her.

How does Ari die in Maximum Ride?
Ari actually dies twice in the series
- The first time that he dies is due to breaking his neck. Max and Ari are in the subway tunnels when they slip and fall on the slippery ground. Ari then lands on his neck. Before he dies, he tells Max that he would have never hurt her the way she hurt him.
- The second time that Ari dies is in Germany. After the scientists bring him back to life by repairing his spinal cord, Ari saves the flock from being killed by Ter Borcht. Max then invites him to stay with them. Fang does not trust Ari and the flock splits up. Max, Nudge, Angel, Total, and Ari go to Germany. In the middle of the "epic fight", Ari collapses. He had an expiration date on the back of his neck, which is the day in which he expires. Ari dies for a second time in Max's arms.

Are they making a Maximum Ride movie?
Hell yeah!!! Its going to awesome!!!! Seriously, they are coming out with a Maximum Ride movie, called Night Flight, in 2010. It won't be based on any of the books....
Yes they are and they think they it should be comming out in 2010. they are putting three of the six (soon to be be eight) books into one move, but romuse have told me that they might acully be putting the two first one together and then the rest seperate.

Who is the cast of the Maximum Ride movie?
The movie has not been cast yet. It is rumored to come out in 2013. I hope they cast someone unknown, who is also serious for Max. As for casting IN MY OPINION I think they should cast someone who is ACTUALLY 14 for Max, Fang, and Iggy. This is an 8 book series people! Within those 8 books Max and the flock only age 1 year. I say if they got people who were actually the ages of the flock I'd be happy. Oh, and I honestly don't care if they have say blonde hair like Max, as long as they are fabulous actors/actresses, I don't think looks really matter as much.
What do Maximum Ride's wings look like?
Max sports wings that are 13ft wide and are Brown at the top all the way down to about the middle of her wings the start to fade into ivoy and finally the rest of her primary and secondary feathers are solid white with some tanish spots among the white feathers.
She has the ability to fly at speeds of around 200-285mph-warp drive (her newly found super-speed, which she uses to 'get away from it all' sometimes)

I dont' think so, however, there is a manga/graphic novel out.

yes...i have had mine for 8 years. i replaced water pump the day after i bought it, and until now i have not had a problem with it. the fuel pump has recently gone out, but for the past 8 years it has been a great ride.

Really, I'm only on saving the world and other extream sports but so far thay don't have any.
ThiCup says - im on Schools out forever but my friend read all of them and i guess in book 5 Iggy has the power to see colors when he touches things and see the shapes but in the snow its blinding? and he can tell who is who in the flock by the footsteps because of his hearing.
and fang's is camouflage he blends in with things but if he moves you can see him. and in book 5 he later develops gills.
