You build banks on minecraft the same way you would build any other structure. First, gather the materials you need. Then, select the material you want to use for building and right click on a place on the ground to place a block. Place the blocks in the shape of a bank, and you're done. By smelting iron ores in the furnace, you'll earn iron ingots. Iron ores can be obtained by mining in generated caves.

If by guard you mean Iron Golem, then you make four iron blocks (nine iron ingots in the crafting table, completely fill the table with the ingots, nd you should get an iron block). Place them in a standing T shape (one as a base, one above it, and then two on opposite sides from the one above it). Then place a normal pumpkin on its head, and you should have an Iron Golem!

Simply dig out the area underneath the house. Unless the base of the house is made of gravel or sand, the house should float when you remove the blocks under it.
