Minecraft

The efficiency of a pickaxe in minecraft is the speed at which the pickaxe can mine materials.

It should be 60 000 000 by 60 000 000 (that is 60 million) blocks.

One of the proves is that if you go to any of the Minecraft 1.8. versions and type this command: "/worldborder set >59 999 999" (so any number smaller than 60 000 000 and bigger than 0) Minecraft will resize the border but it will also show you a message that the border's size was changed from 60 million blocks (to whatever you have written).

You need an iron pickaxe or better to mine gold. Ironically, a gold pickaxe will not be able to mine itself.

Just do it in the same way that it is done on survival mode. Remember that it needs to be placed directly adjacent to water.

Unfortunately you can't pick up cake when it has been placed.

Currently you can't feed a squid anything on Vanilla Minecraft (vanilla meaning without mods). There may be some mods that allow you to though.

I have do not know what this " Mindcraft " thing is, or what a journal is, but, I can tell you how to make a Book and Quill, the game Minecraft's equivalent to a journal.

To craft such an item, you need a book, which is crafted from a piece of leather and three pieces of paper. You can gain leather from cows, and you get paper from three sugar cane. You also need an ink sac, an item dropped by squids, and a feather, dropped by a chicken. Put those together, in no particular order, and you got yourself a book and quill, and item you can write in.

Unless you have mods, It is difficult to create biomes (for example, a forest, swamp, desert, etc).

Swamps have a different shaded block for dirt, and it isn't possible to get that shade in other biomes.

The easiest way to get a swamp is to walk around and find one. Use creative mode, if you have it.

If you need to have a swamp nearby another area, use command blocks to teleport you to the swamp and back.

A villager is a harmless mob that you can trade rare and common objects and materials

No, you can make it in any dimension. Just put 4 soul sand down in a T-shape and put 3 wither skulls on top.
