There is no Item ID for experience orbs in Minecraft. It does not go in your inventory, or you can't hold it in your hand. BUT you can use "Bottle of Enchanting" though, which is a potion that gives you experience, the same effect of an experience orb, it's ID is 384.

You may need to check if you have no programs running on conflicting ports, and have enough RAM allocated to the server.

Since in creative, you've got access to infinite amounts of any block or item, there's no real need for the inventory. You could consider the selection menu to be your inventory or sorts.

However you so still have an inventory, and it can be seen by interacting with blocks like a Dispenser.

Download and install the TooManyItems mod from Minecraft This will add a list of all items on the right of all inventory screens. Click on any icon to add it to your inventory.

It depends what tye of hack. They may be editing your details (email, password, username) which will either stop you logging in or you can look at at minecraft.net after you login (email). If they are using it withoput changing anything, you should change account details. It may be that they are messing with server data. If so, this is unstoppable as it is external hacking by and external hacker. Changing username may help.
