Go into the Options menu and under Controls.... click on the Reset Keys button and it will make every thing go back to the original game controls.

You can always delete your world ( not minecraft ) by clicking on the world and pressing the in-game delete button.

There are many ways on how you can texture the walls. Here's one of the ways. Its called The Knockdown Sheetrock Technique:

Drywall texturing utility

Taping knife (10")

Mud panDrop cloth

A bucket of water

Paint roller pan

Sheetrock mud (5 gallons)

Instructions: Firstly, thin out the mud. Once the mud starts to thin, you can dip the drywall brush into it. Push this in the sheettrack and then take it off. Next, position the knife at 45 degree angle and then drag the knife so it levels the peaks. Remove the excess mud with the helps of a mud pan. This may take more time than the roller technique but it's easier to re-stomp provided you keep the mud damp.

You can't manually set to play offline in minecraft. Minecraft itself will automatically detect if there is no internet connection and therefore will offer you two choices;

1) Try Again, meaning it will try to find an internet connection again

or

2)Go To Offline Mode, it will ask if you want to play in offline mode.
