I can't tell you how but i can say, people think it must've been easy to make because it's made of blocks, but then again, there are over 200 blocks and 40 other items, so to make each item do what they do musn't have been an easy task.

Ok, this is a true question, but I do know how to do it.

1. Download a texture pack

2. If you're on Windows XP, Click "Run" then type %appdata%. Do the same on Windows 7.

3. Open your .minecraft file.

4. Go to "texturepacks"

5. Drag the (.rar or .zip) file to the folder.

(Optional!)6. Use MCPatcher if your texture pack is above 16x16.
