You can't destroy a healer

You craft a piston with 3 wood on the top row, cobble stone-iron ingot-cobble stone in the middle row, then cobble stone-redstone-cobble stone on the bottom row. Lastly, you put a slime ball above the piston in the crafting table, and voilà! You have your sticky piston!

Structures spawn differently each time you use it

To make yourself creative on Minecraft, simple type "/gamemode creative" (excluding parenthesis) and to go back to survival, type "/gamemode survival" - pretty simple. If you wish to make somebody else creative, type "/gamemode (username) creative" and this should put them in creative. For example, "/gamemode MinecraftPlayer creative" - in case you don't get it.

Make sure you are an OP, as an additional note. To OP yourself, go on the server console and type in "op (your username)" without the / this time (the console won't recognize it!)

You will lose all the items in your inventory and your experience and respawn.

You can create an Ender Portal using Ender Portal Frame blocks from your inventory and activate it using Eyes of Ender

There is no button to spawn eggs in minecraft, unless you are in creative mode in which case you press the Inventory button. Creative mode can be made to happen when you create a creative world or install a mod that lets you switch gamemodes ingame.

Remove them from the banned list in the server files, or say /unban

its a animal that if you tame it, it will turn in to a cat that helps you just like if you tamed a wolf on minecraft.

How ever many you want if you want to you could play with 100 people if you wanted too.

Check in the controls in the options to make sure right click does what is supposed to do, if it is but still is not working, then your mouse may have a dodgy right mouse key.

simply by joining a server already made by someone else. look up server that interest you and place their ip(sometimes a link) in the ip address bar when adding a server.
