What happend on the day of March 4 1789?
On this day in 1789, 223 years ago, the first US Congress met thus putting the Constitution into effect. The Congress, made up of the Senate (21 senators) and House of Representatives (58 members), first met at Federal Hall at 26 Wall Street in New York City. The Congress lasted until March 3rd 1791, during the first two years of George Washington's presidency. The Speaker of the House was Frederick Muhlenberg and the President of the Senate was, per the Constitution, Vice President John Adams. Before there were clear political parties, Congress was simply divided between those who supported the Washington administration and those who did not (supporters had a majority in each house). The main acts of the first Congress were passing the first ten amendments to the Constitution which make up the Bill of Rights, establishing the US Census, creating Washington DC as the national capital, establishing the Departments of State, War and Treasury and creating the Supreme Court through the 1789 Judiciary Act. The first meeting of Congress created the government set out in the Constitution and thus marks the day the Constitution was put into effect.
What is the best lip stain without drying out lips?
Many lip balms have colour to act both as a lip moisturiser and a lip gloss/stain. If you want a subtle look, I recommend the Sephora egg balm, or the lipice colour balm. Another way to keep your lips moisturised but also have lipstick on is to put on a layer of lip balm first, before putting on your lipstick/lip gloss.

By definition, opinions are less reliable than facts. How do you play the 1 octave chromatic scale on trumpet?
If you start on a low C (concert Bb), the notes are as follows: C, C#, D, D#, E, F, F#, G, G#, A, A#, B and C. Specifically, for the C chromatic, you move up one partial to get from C to C#, hold that partial up to the G and go up one more partial to go to the G# and that partial takes you up to the first octave. In Bb Treble Clef (most common for beginners, the low C is one line below the staff and the octave above is the third space from the bottom) Here are the fingerings:
C-open
C#/Db- 123
D- 23
E- 12
F- 1
Gb/F#- 2
G- open
Ab- 23
A- 12
Bb- 1
B- 2
C- open
Every note is exactly a 1/2-step apart, the last note (in this case 'C') is the same note as you began on but an octave higher. Reverse the above to go back down the scale.

What will happen if i take 4 ibuprofen PM?
Ibuprofen (brand name Advil and others) is a common over-the-counter pain killer and anti-inflammatory. Typical dosage is 2 200mg tablets (400mg) but, the anti-inflammatory properties are typically recognized at 600mg or 3 200mg tablets. Some dentists, rather than prescribing prescription drugs will suggest taking ten 200mg tablets (2000mg) at a time for dental pain but, the likelihood of stomach upset increases with larger dosing. Look up "physician's desk reference" (PDR) for a complete assessment of dosage and the effects of any drug. Aspirin is also an anti-inflammatory while Tylenol (acetaminophen) is not. It may be, in the future, an "aspirin regimen" can be replaced by an "ibuprofen regimen" as the primary purpose of the aspirin regimen is to lower the inflammation of the blood vessels (although a single aspirin will thin the blood slightly for an entireweek!) and ibuprofen is a superior anti-inflammatory. **Always check with your doctor before starting any regimen or your pharmacist for drug interactions.**
