By giving him an inspiration, Z always try to do his best to direct E in right direction based on the organization vision. Comparing with E, D is too slow in finishing her job even a very soft one. She does not have any good skills and sometime she fails to grasp the idea when Z gave her a new job. She never talk to her friends even she has many personal problem, just keep it to be solved by herself.
