1) Itunes had an update with firmware 4.2.1 that makes a 4.3 or 4.3.3 SHSH witch means it hidden so it fixes bugs in 4.2.1 so u cant use apps that require 4.3 and so on so when you use green poision it dosent set up for 4.3 it sets up for 4.2.1 so i would say reinstall greenpoision and try again by removing the apps with funbox
2) your dl with greenpoision and been infected up some way and if your running Vista/7 run as admin
3) Make sure you extract with winrar
4) FULLY CHARGE your ipod
