Sorry to correct you but there are more than just 2 sharingan techniques.

As the soon-to-be user of the sharingan experiences something traumatic the sharingan becomes active. And the first level of sharingan grants the most basic level of power, extreme clarity of vision. The user is enabled to track fast moving targets and has extreme analytical skills. Eventually with use, the sharingan upgrades. The old power enhances and grants another. This time the user is able to copy movements and basic jutsu seen from other people. Plus as a bonus they are able to see chakra (although not to the extent of the byakugan). Finally, the third level enhances these new powers to extraordinary heights. Movements as fast as jets can be seen with ease and depending on the user (such as Sasuke) can predict and counter hits. And any jutsu, excluding elemental attack the user doesn't have the affinity for, summons they haven't signed and Kekkei Genkai (blood-line Limits) can be copied.

Now to the Mangekyou Sharingan. Just as before the soon to be user must experience something traumatic (or in Madara's aka Tobi's case extreme training). For example; Itachi killed his best friend Shisui, Sasuke killed Itachi and then learned the truth and regretted his actions. Kakashi is another case. It is not canonically known but assumed that his either trained or thought of his former teammates (Obito, Rin).

But unlike the normal sharingan the powers are accessed right away. There are four known powers of the mangekyou sharingan.

1. Amaterasu: These black flames are said to be as hot as the sun and can burn for 7 days and 7 nights.

2. Tsukuyomi: This is the most powerful genjutsu. It can only be broken by another sharingan user.

3. Susanoo: It requires both the mastery of Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. It creates a gigantic, spiritual humanoid being that surrounds and protects the user. Its weapons differ from user to user.

4. Kamui: It is a space time ninjutsu that sucks up the enemy and puts them into a different dimension. Can also be used as a form of travel.

5 Another power is Izanagi. Little is know about this power.

No, Naruto does not eat Sasuke.

He hids his Sharingan eye to avoid the draining effect it would have on him if he used it constantly. As for the rest of his face, it has never been revealed. It was even hidden when he was a child.

Sasori's real face and body is seen in Episode 21 of Naruto Shippuuden. The answer of how he is still young confuses even myself.
