And then when Rasengan vs Chidori, the Chidori wins. 4 tails naruto would win by a long shot, as the chakra from the nine tails would heal naruto. Plus in one of the episodes 4 tails naruto produces a blast from his mouth that is powerfull enough to wipe out half a forest. Also orichimaru couldn't even hurt 4 tails naruto and only escaped because yamato supressed naruto's chakra. Not even orichimaru's snake blade wasn't even able to pierce 4 tail naruto's chakra coat!
