In my opinion Fire and water. Fire does a lot of damage and water can heal. If you are premium member and can choose a third I would pick Wind for its ability to cause bleeding.

you can gain Reputation after winning clan battles, their is tricks but i don't know any of them, but the main thing is winning clan battles, winning defensive battles won't gain you any R.

you get amaterasu by unlocking mangekyo sharingan but after that you have to have to be able to use tskuyomi then you will get amaterasu
