By Game Pak i'm going to assume you are referring to a controller pak or memory pak. What the controller pak is is a saving device for games you play that require external memory. Normally a controller pak contains 123 pages and games can range from needing 1 page to some that need all 123 pages.
There are however the Jump pak and the Expansion Pak for an N64, I may have mistaken your question if it was in regards to one of these.

That's easy. Just bounce off a super koopa ( watch out for him, he flies pretty fast ) and grab the feather that floats toward the ground. Also, you can ride Yoshi while Mario has the cape, but I'm not sure what you can do.

Nintendo DS games are very common, and can be located in a variety of places, both online and in your community. If you are looking for face to face contact with actual people, you may want to check out your local game stores. They could be hiding in your local malls, or have a separate store of it's own. If online is more your style, be sure to check out Amazon or eBay.
I don't really think you could sell it for much. They usually sell only for about $30, and that's in an actual store. You should just hold onto it, you can still get the games at some places and the games are so cheap now. Just hold onto it, it's worth a lot more than the small amount you would get from selling it.
To link 2 Nintendo 3DS together begin by turning each DS on and make sure each DS has the same game inserted. Choose Multiplayer from the menu and it will connect to the nearest DS and allow two people to play together.
Go to the guilde area or park area (i dont know witch one) go down left down in the ship and push auto button and you are there if you have to battle them it might be the same if you dont i think it is.

No. Pokemon GO is just for phones and tablets. Even though the console is more mobile than most, it really isn't designed for Pokemon GO.
Yes, but not every game can fully function without internet access. A game like Splatoon 2, for example, requires internet to function as it updates its playable maps every two hours. Something single-player, like Super Mario Odyssey, will definitely work without the internet, although you won't be able to play the "Luigi's Balloon World" multiplayer game.
Nintendo still use cartridges because there is no load times with a cartridge.
