Picasso was against the war so he drew pictures that used keep color and used symbolic subjetcs. During World War I (1914-1918), Picasso went to Rome, working as a designer with Sergey Diaghilev and the Ballets Russes. He met and married the dancer Olga Koklova. In a realist style, Picasso made several portraits of her around 1917, of their son, and of numerous friends. In the early 1920s he did tranquil, neoclassical pictures of heavy, sculpturesque figures, an example being Three Women at the Spring, and works inspired by mythology, such as The Pipes of Pan. At the same time, Picasso also created strange pictures of small-headed bathers and violent convulsive portraits of women which are often taken to indicate the tension he experienced in his marriage. Although he stated he was not a surrealist, many of his pictures have a surreal and disturbing quality, as in Sleeping Woman in Armchair and Seated Bather.

Picasso's parent were Don José Ruiz Blasco (father) and Doña Maria Picasso y Lopez (mother).

Nobody knows, and he cannot tell us any more.

Famous artist Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) was born October 25, 1881. He died at age 91. He would have been 135 years old in 2016, which is about twenty years older than the oldest humans actually alive today.

He had two sisters: Lola and Conchita.

when he was just aged 8 in his school years.

Picasso did his last known painting in 1970 (the year of his last exhibit) and his last known drawing in 1972. He died in 1973 at the age of 91.

It is also rumered that he had secretly drew pictures in which his family still has to this day.

Subject matter refers to an area of interest a person has. Picasso's subject matter was art, more specifically painting.

He had normal school education. The Spanish school system of the time was not the same as in the US today.

I believe he worked in Spain or the South of France!

A whole lode of things:

the death of his young sister at an early age made him hate God which effected his style to a black and white syle, then a close friend died and he started the 'blue period' also during this time, PP's father sent him to UNI (only 13) he completed a what should take a year to complete 'exam' for entrance, in a week, but because he was with others people much older than him he couldn't settle. He was then sent away to a boarding school.

Then he meet a man who became his friend. He was a really, happy-go-lucky guy and PP started his 'Rose Period'.

Then he meet a guy and together they started cubism

No, Picasso was born in Malaga, Spain. He went to Paris when he was 18 for the world's fair.

True...but Pablo Picasso's grandfather, left Malaga for Cuba at the end of the 1800's and there married a black free woman, who became mother of three children...today, picasso's black decendants live in Cuba...and one of the distant cousins is a great painter there.
