What is Nitro on paintball guns?

Most paintball markers can hold a N2/Nitrogen/HPA/Air tank so I couldn't possibly list them all, if you submit specific markers I could tell you if they fired using Nitrogen.

What is a flatline paintball gun barrel?

It's a barrel for Tippmann paintball guns and only Tippmann guns. It specializes in a flat trajectory, though suffers in accuracy. How it works is it adds backspin to the paintball therefore shooting it in a flat trajectory. Tippmann argues that the barrel adds range and while it is true that the paintball is in the air longer than a standard barrel the problem is that because of the backspin the paintball looses speed as it goes, so right around there a paintball from a standard barrel hits the ground is where a paintball from a flatline becomes useless as well as it will not have enough speed to break on anything.

What happens if a person eats a paintball?

Unless the paintball box says the paint is nontoxic, get to a doctor or call a poison control center right away.

Is paintball in the millitry training?

Can you have paint ball guns on felony probation?

Owning a paintball gun is not usually a violation of federal probabtion, unless due to the original offense the terms and conditions of probation exclude it-by this I could mean someone committed a robbery with a paintball gun. However, this does not mean having a paintball gun cannot be construed as intent to commit a crime ie. if you threaten someone with a weapon. Again it comes down to intent-you can have a knife in your hand eating your dinner but use that same knife to threaten someone is entirely different.

How old do you have to be to shoot an pantball gun?

Good paintball gun under 200 dollars?

The Proto SLG is a good gun for $200. It's got break beam eyes, and it shoots up to 25 bps. I myself wouldn't get the gun though because for just another 50 dollars, you can upgrade to the Proto PMR, which is the gun I use. It's a lot better, and it's worth the price. Also, I heard that the Smart Parts Ion was a good gun. I've never used one but I hear it's one of the best beginner guns.

What is internal air in paintball?

Air is the source of power for the paintball marker. It is the pressure that moves all of the internal parts (unless electrical) and physically moves the paintball out of the barrel.

How do you make a red dot sight?

Do an internet search on "rifle scope sighting procedures"

ANS2:Sight in at 25 yards for most centerfire rifles.
  • If you have a bolt action, sandbag the rifle and pull the bolt then sight through the barrel at the target.
  • Take off the scope's turret caps and dial the scope in to where the cross-hairs in the scope are centered on the target.
  • Replace the bolt and fire a round at the target.
  • Read the scope manual to see how many inches one click of the adjustment screw is worth and make that adjustment. Some people prefer to do elevation then windage, I like to do both simultaneously since it saves ammo.
  • Repeat until you are consistently hitting the target.
  • Replace your scope turret caps.

Your rifle will now be sighted in for 25 yards and 100 yards.

How do you turn eyes on the ion paintball gun?

You turn the eyes on by powering up the marker. Every time you turn on the ion the eyes will be "on". To turn off the eyes simply press the power button one time quickly. The red led will now be blinking more rapidly than before indicating eyes are off. Simply press the button one more time to re-activate the eyes or press and hold the power button to turn the marker off.Hope this helps!

How much does it cost to fill a co2 tank?

No, any tank under two inches in diameter does not need hydro-testing.

Where are paintball guns illegal?

As stated by the American Paintball Players Association: Currently, there are no known laws in the US which prohibit the possession of a paintball marker by an adult. Some laws affect when and how a minor may purchase and possess a paintball marker. Most urban areas prohibit the use of any projectile-launching device outside of areas designed for that purpose. Also keep in mind that paintball markers are generally considered to be a variety of airgun (BB gun, etc), so any airgun laws generally apply to paintball markers as well.

Use of a paintball gun against non players is assault.

What is a stock in paintball?

The stock is the wooden or plastic part of the gun that is braced against the shoulder for firing.

Are paint ball guns illegal in WA?

No they are perfectly legal to own. playing is a different thing though. It more so depends on your area. Obviously, an urban city like area would cause many problems. Though if you live in a wooded area, most counties do not care as long as you do not vandalize.

What does getting shot by a paint ball gun feel like?

There is a misconception that some players use frozen paintballs to hurt more, but in reality, they hurt about the same, because when the gelatin shell is frozen, and it generally warms up by game time, it becomes brittle and breaks easily, so unless someone literally takes paint out of an industrial freezer and shoots it at you, you will be fine.

How do you make paintball mortar?

You cannot build a paintball tank. It is dangerous to even try, because if your tank does hold the pressure, it will explode and you will most likely be killed. Tanks are only $30 dollars, and any material that could hold it, plus the cost of a valve will be more expensive.

How long does it take paintball bullet to fall?

If it breaks on impact, it would be almost instantaneously.

Can any paintball go in any paintball gun?

It actually will depend on the paintball gun you have. Typical markers do not need a cartridge, but a hopper (the thing on the top of the gun to feed in paintballs). Markers like the Tippmann TPX and the Kingmann Chaser and Eraser definitely need cartridge to hold the paintballs sense they are pistols.

How old do you must be to shot a paintball gun?

Technically there is no age limit, but it's recommended that the participants be at least 7 years of age. Some fields enforce an age limit, some don't, call ahead to check there policies and rules.

How do you take the seal off air-soft crosman 12 gram CO2 cartridges?

You don't take the seal off the 12 gram CO2 cartridge. You put it in the gun and screw the pressure plate under the cartridge all the way up until you hear it puncture the end of the cartridge. Do not over tighten it with a wrench, just make it thumb tight. See your owners manual on how to install the CO2 cylinder

What are all the types of paintball triggers and what are the advantages of each?

There are 4 primary types of triggers. Mechanical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic.

The advantage of a Mechanical trigger is cost. These markers typically run on CO2 and cost far less. These guns usually have a very limited firing rate.

The electro-mechanical uses a much lighter trigger pull allowing a mechanical gun to achieve a much higher firing rate. These cost more than the mechanical but they function much the same.

Pneumatic triggers use a valve and the air from your tank to control the action of the marker. These are typically known as auto-cocker type markers. These can sometimes be unreliable but they are known to have a "smooth" feel to their firing.

Electro-pneumatic triggers use a circuit board to control the full action of cocking and firing the marker. These markers are known to be able to achieve the highest firing rates and are arguably the most accurate. There are a broad range of markers across a broad price range that fit into this category. most mid to higher end require the use of nitrogen/compressed air tanks instead of CO2.
