PIXAR wasn't making movies in 1992.
Toy Story was their first film which released in 1995. They were only creating short films in the early 90's & on top of that, they didn't release any shorts in 1992.

Well Buzz and Woody snuck into the pizza truck in the first movie, then it can be seen next to a mobile home in both A Bug's Life and Monsters Inc. You can also see it in Finding Nemo when Gil is talking about his escape plan. It is also behind the announcer at the final race in Cars and in the background of the moped chase in Ratatouille. You can also notice it when Eva is searching for life in WALL-E. Finally in the Toy Story2 car chase scene
There is a chance that Toy Story 3 is the last full-length movie in the series, but there appears to be no confirmation of this. However, it is confirmed that the Toy Story concept will continue to appear in the future. The director of Toy Story 3, Lee Unkrich, confirmed that there will be a short film that features several Toy Story characters attached to the Cars 2 movie, which is set to release on June 24, 2011.

It's about a rat who wants to cook. He is separated from his family in the beginning of the movie. He finds himself in Paris, France. He befriends a garbage boy named Linguini at a restraunt called Gusteau's. The rat, Remy, controls Linguini's actions so it looks like Linguini is cooking the food.
