Can you get as many masterballs on Pokemon FireRed?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

hard but yesIts hard to anser but yeah. First you must have a Pokemon holding the master ball! next save the game right by a PC ok! after that you must put the Pokemon in an emty box. 3rd you have to save. exit out of the PC. the last thing to do is move the Pokemon out of the box into another and exit out of the PC when it asks you to save yes save it and when it says " saving do not turn off the game" ignore it and go ahead and turn off the game come back you will have two Pokemon and two maser balls!

ANSWER: You get one from Prof.Elm or you can try the lottery in Goldenrod and win a Master ball. The duplicate glitch works as well.

How do you make a Pokemon happy?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

AnswersYou must fight with that Pokemon in every battle or if you battle put on it an Exp. Share. well...you don't have to actually level it up you just have to keep it in your party. different Pokemon have different base happiness levels. you should check those levels before you go for friendship Answer from a Pokemon expertA way to make your Pokemon happy is to battle other people with it and to not put the Pokemon in PC for a long time. You're not much of an expert"Well..." up there has got part of it right. and battling does help but it can hurt happiness as well. if the Pokemon gets to about 1/3 health then friendship runs down. feeding it pokeblocks or poffins (depending on game) helps as well but you can't do that forever. putting in the PC doesn't lower friendship by much, but putting it in the daycare brings it straight down to it base Friendship level. yes, that's right friendship level not happiness level. Pokemon don't have happiness levels.

so there you have it. I don't think I missed a thing, if I did, "well..." will probably catch it.

You can also ride up the long roads on your bike for a bit with the soothe bell on it, that's what I did.

Here are the correct ways to raise happiness (Don't believe me? check celebi.net or psypokes.com for reassurance. Psypokes is what i prefer and where i got this information)

1) every 256 (i could be off a few steps sorry) they gain one happiness point (they are called happiness points by the way).

2) Feed poffins

3) take them to get a haircut

4) FYI putting them in the PC ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT decrease happiness. Why would it? That is completely idiotic. Once you have over a hundred Pokemon you cant be constantly changing them out. Don't believe me? check their happiness with the app (you get it in Eterna City Pokemon center) then put them in the PC and take them out later. Their happiness will be the same.

5) winning battles raises there happiness while fainting in battle lowers it.

6) Every time it levels up happiness points increase 1/3/5 points. At 220 points Pichu, Elekid, etc. Pokemon can evolve

There are more, check out psypokes for the rest; I'm to lazy to finish :D

Good luck Pokemon trainers

One last thing.

In pearl/diamond/platinum versions, you can also give your Pokemon massages in Veilstone City and give them the spa treatment at the resort area after you've beaten the elite four and obtained the national pokedex. Also, the soothe bell hold-item does not increase happiness by walking around but rather increases the amount of happiness earned by other means. Finally, only poffins/pokeblocks of the flavor(s) they prefer will increase their happiness. Some they may find disgusting and will actually lower their happiness.

You should also know that not all Pokemon evolve after reaching their maximum happiness level. Most must level up after doing so and several must be holding a certain item or meet other requirements in addition to being happy.

HG/SS

You can increase your Pokemon's happiness by giving them haircuts, which are available in the Goldenrod City Tunnel.

Just give it tons of poffins then either walk with soothe bell or battle. It's as easy as that. There's no need for fancy haircuts and other garbage. Sheesh.

Yes it does...Complete idiotic? Is that so? Well actually putting Pokemon in the PC does lower the happiness level. "Don't believe me?" Well check Bulbapedia.com @ http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Happiness

So get your facts straight before you call something idiotic.

Anyway,

Knock it off You guys,

You're wasting your time bickering AND giving the person who asked this question false answers.....

Just Look it up in Bulbapedia.com or Pokemon.com or something you Pokemon people do every day.....

Yet another answerer...

Actually, that website (Bulbapedia) says that only in Generation one does the happiness go down after putting Pokemon in a PC. Afterwards, by Generation two, putting Pokemon in a PC does not cause happiness/friendship to go down; and, since there is no further mention, it is safe to presume that for all generations afterward putting Pokemon in Bill/Bebe's PC does not lower happiness.

In addition, even if you do have Generation I, it is only Pikachu that actually has any happiness to rate. The other pokemon (if there are any; I don't have Generation I, just quoting the website) don't have any happiness to rate; therefore, that is why the placing of Pokemon in Bill's PC did not lower happiness. By Generation II, you could rate the happiness of more Pokemon.

So there you have it. Both of your answers are technically correct. Redundance avoided and PC still kept in check.

However, since this question is under Pokemon Black and White, which is Generation V, I can safely tell you that placing Pokemon in a PC does not harm happiness--at least, not by much.

Get a massage every day between 3 and 4 p.m., and when a Pokemon reaches a certain happiness level, she will give you Blue's phone number for a rematch.

Is this a good team of Pokemon Samurott Volcarona Hydriegon Scrafty Gigalith Conkeldurr?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

personally i don't like to have multiples of a type, like you have chandelure and cofagrigus, and i think chandelure is better than cofagrigus, i don't think emolga is a good Pokemon at all, if you want a good Pokemon, krookodile is amazing, as well as hydreigon but if you don't want to go to lvl. 64 to get it haxorus is a beast too. I feel like there are better fighting types in the game, like conkeldurr or mienshao. i do like the samurott and chandelure, i think vanilluxe is pretty good, but i like fast Pokemon so i wouldn't get it. hopes this helps.

different person

first of all you have 2 ghost types. now i wouldn't prefer two Pokemon of the same type. you could either switch chandelure with a darmanitan cuz you don't have any Pokemon that has great offensive stats also with a high speed stat. or another option is to switch emolga with an archeops which is the best flying type i in the game even for its terrible ability it also has a blistering attack stat and then you can switch cofagrigus with a zebstrika or a galvantula which are great Pokemon to use and can get rid of water types even though emolga can, there are much better Pokemon out there. other than that your team is pretty good, you just need to fix a few things in it. also you could get a dragon type or a ground type in there to replace vaniluxe if you want and don't listen to the other guy about scrafty. its a great fighting type blessed with dark typing and can learn both bulk up and dragon dance so i think it could ohko mienshao with hi jump kick after a bulk up or dragon dance and 2hko conkeldurr with the same move after a few of those stat boosting moves.

What good Pokemon that could beat the elite four in Pokemon black version 2?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

A good pokemon to catch would be sandile (and turn it into krookodile) because he is strong against Chantel (ghost type user) and Caitlyn (phsycic type user) then I would probably get a Conkeldurr/Gurdurr (gurdurr evolves into Conkeldurr when traded) because he is strong against the Dark type user (forgot his name) finally, just get alot of pokemon for backup against marshal (use Dig which Krookodile can learn to make his Mienshao fall when using jump kick and make her HP go down) and after that, it should be easy. Scraggy is a good pokemon for the game in general.

Here are all of the Elite 4's weaknesses:

Chantel: Dark and Ghost

Dark guy: Fighting

Caitlyn: Ghost and Dark

Marshal: Flying and Pshycic
