Arbok has the lowest HP and Defense of the three. Strong physical attacks can take care of him easily.

Drapion is a poison/ground type, and so will be resistant to most moves that Team Charm uses. While Medicham focuses on Weavile, have Lopunny and Gardevoir gang up on him.

Destiny Tower i tell no more!

Well, the more floors a dungeon has, the more Monster Houses you might run into. Therefore, I'm inclined to say Zero Isle South and Destiny Tower. They've both got 99 floors, and there's a chance of there being a Monster House on all of them but the first five. They're particularly likely to appear on floors 14, 29, 46, 64, and 86. In both dungeons, no less.

First, you should pass the 20 chapters in the first story. Second, you need to graduate from the guild and have passed blizzard island/crevice cave. Third, on one day there are big news at Spinda's cafe about a place called sky peak and you go there and pass all the 10 different terrain. Four, talk to Sunflora who should be at the second underground level at the guild and she goes on about a place called the surrounded sea so you go there and at the end of the dungeon you find a mystery egg. Fifth, your baby Manaphy is sick and you go to the miracle sea for a Phione dew and then you have to battle a Gyrados at the end of the dungeon. Sixth, after that heartbreaking goodbye to Manaphy (Manaphy doesn't die) you do a couple of jobs and you should find team charm at the guild.

Pretty much same procedure. beat the game, graduate, make sure your shellgon is high enough level, and go to Luminous Springs

you have to have beaten dialga at temporal tower first. then wigglytuff will say that you can graduate by going to mystifying forest and getting the treasure (which is obviously a perfect apple)

In every Pokémon Mystery Dungeon game to date, you can only evolve Pokémon after beating the final boss. There's a cave in town that you gain access to after beating the game (you have to leave your partner behind and go alone), where if your Pokémon is a high enough level to evolve (lv 15 in your case), you can evolve it there.
