Hey. This is someone different.

What I did was chuck a few stuns and sleep seeds at him and then while he was stunned or asleep I would attack the Sableye, I brought three reviver seeds for the battle. When most of the Sableye were knocked out, I would attack Dusknoir, I would chuck a vile seed at him to lower his defenses and then I used my (Mudkip) Hydro Pump, Treecko's Solarbeam and Grovyle's Leaf Blade.

My Pokemon were level 45 when doing this.

----------------- You Gotta be at least lvl 50.

I defeated him at lvl 52 with me (Torchic) Grovyle and my partner (Pikachu)

try beating the sableye first and then dusknoir

Hi this is another person.......

I beat dusknoir with my lvl 50 chimchar, lvl 46 piplup and grovyle.

What i did was throw a sleep seed at dusknoir.

Beat the sableye then when dusknoir wakes up throw another sleep seed.

Then hopefully he'll sleep long enough.

Other seeds can work too.

I've tried that i can barely reach dusknoir (only once) and I used every sleep/stun seed i had, but it didnt work. i even tried stunning all the Pokemon but i was knocked out. Can i get more help?

Hi this another person. I beat dusknoir at level 45. I useed torchic and treeco. I beat the at level 45. Dig is useful against Dailga. I use a stun seed on dusknoir beat sableye then knocked dusknoir out. And by the way wigillytuff is the grand master of bad things.

Hi this is yet Another person, i cant defeat him either. i tried sleep seeds but it was pointless. he woke up after i attacked him EVERY TURN. I finally bat him with my lv 30 Grimer, me (pikachu) lv 50 and my partner Cyndaquil who is lv 49

Hey another person here I'm shocked to hear your guy's stories because i beat him with my level35 Riolu and Level 35 Torchic All i did was I threw a sleep seed a dusknoir Killed the sableye and just kept using bite and we beat him quite fast didn't even need my reviver seed.

Hi this is, as you can see, another person. As like everyone else I can't defeat him either. I tried what you all said and it still won't work. The Sableye literal attack me once Dusknoir stops talking and I get knocked out! I'm lv 48 (I'm an Eevee), my partner ( who is a Riolu) is lv 48 also. I have also only reached Dusknoir once since every time I walk into a room it's a monster house! If anyone can help that would be awesome. ---Tamaki242

yo another dude here, just protect your partner and do quests at treasure town cos then you can still gain money items exp and explorer rank points

p.s if you have vacuum cut use it heaps, it murders cos it can hit them all at the same time

right, this is yet another person, aha. The best thing to do, is to have your Pokemon learn the move imprison, or something that will petrify, send to sleep etc. I have a level 35 Vulplix and a level 34 Riolu. I used imprison on Dusknoir and as many sableye I could.

Next, teach your partner protect and wide slash. (And a couple of other strong moves) Protect, for obvious reasons, and wide slash, for hitting more than one enemy at once.

Grovyle can take care of himself, and whilst the sableye can't move, he just leaf blades them all and does a load of one hit KOs.

Then once all the sableye are defeated my two partners attack dusknoir while I keep him immobilised using imprison. It took me 5 attempts, but I did it. :) -Goats

Yet again another person, :O. i got a level 33 Riolu(me) and my level 33 Shinx buddy. I barely beat him and that was becuz i spammed protect and so did my buddy. Whoever sed Grovyle can take care of himself is right but bring a few revivers becuz Dusknoir is not a nice Pokemon. Being fighting is good becuz ghost sucks vs it and if u get a dark move (i got bite and buddy got crunch) then each hit is about 100 dmg on him. And if ur lucky enough to get the orb that makes all enemies petrified, this will most likely be a walk in the park. :)

Hi this is ANOTHER person

I'm really baffled and annoyed cos just when I get through Hidden Land then Dusknoir comes along and KOs me. Great.

I have a level 35 Chikorita that knows Razor Leaf, Synthesis, Magical Leaf and Body Slam as my partner and I'm a level 36 Charmander that knows Ember, SmokeScreen, Hidden Power and Flamethrower. I don't want to go back to Treasure Town to get some Reviver seeds cos then I'd have to do Hidden Land again, so I don't have any revivers. I have some sleep seeds and stuff like that tho. Can anyone give me a step by step guide to beating dusknoir?

Another person here, again xD But don't worry, I totally understand what you are going through. Luckily for me, I have Explorers of Time & Sky so I have a back-up plan if things ever went wrong.

First, sleep seed Dusknoir. Then use Blast & Stun seeds for the Sableye. I know Grovyle and Partner will obviously attack the Sableye, making the Stun seeds useless, but trust me, it works somehow :)

Keep Dusknoir 'till last; Although they are easy to defeat, those Sableye do have some good moves that will defeat you quite easily without a good defence to block it. Protect would be good, but probably like me, you didn't teach it to you or Partner when you had the chance.

Reviver seeds - a must. I know it's hard, Hidden Land is tough if you are a normal Pokémon. BUT even me with my Eevee managed to do it with a remaining total of 1 Reviver Seed ( starting out with... Oooh!! 1 ) But I AM pretty awesome xD

Ok, this is ANOTHER person. Look what I did. I beated him with Level 33 Totodile and Level 33 Chimchar. The best thing is to have an attack that would damage more Sableyes...For example, the moveset for my Chimchar was Wide Slash, Flame Wheel, Brick Break and Shadow Claw. Well I was lucky to find Shadow Claw exactly before I entered the fight. Use Wide Slash or a move that attacks more pokes like 2 times in front of Dusknoir, so you kill the 2 Sableyes near him. Then continue to attack Dusknoir with the best attack that would fit the situation or that you have [in my case Shadow Claw, high critical ratio and super effective >:)]. If you work like this, you should beat him, I won with 2 level 33 Pokes and Grovyle :D

Sup guys i play this game and i managed to defeat darkrai at a record of lvl 46 wif me and my partner both 46.Sadly,I restarted the game coz i was underlvl.Now this is my pokemon moves:

Wish me luck coz i am gonna beat kabutops and his gang.This is what i did with Riolu and treecko.First i sleep seeded Dusknoir.Then concentrated on sableyes.I set my treecko moves to use giga drain and razor leag only so it will have type matchup.i brought with me 2 reviver seeds.I spammed bite and brick break and the master move protect.it wasnt that hard except Dusknoir whacked me badly.luckily,before i could die, treecko used a giga drain and we won!

You can find a Water Stone in Route 8 (requires the HM Strength) and in Route 12. You can also buy it for 2,100 Pokédollars at the Stone Emporium shop located at the Vernal Avenue in Lumiose City. It's the lane right next to the Poké Center in the South Boulevard.

Alternatively, you may get one by doing the Secret Super Training course named "The Water Stone Cup Begins!".
