the secret slab lets you find certain legendary Pokemon in cetain floors of a dungeon. for example, with a secret slab you can find darkrai on floor 3 of the miracle sea.

there aren't really specific boy or girl ones, as you take "the test" to see which Pokemon you are- it will ask you are you a boy or a girl.

You don't "unlock" the spinda cafe. It's only available in Explorer's of the sky. go to the Cross roads area and you should see a hole with stairs go there and your at the Spinda cafe.

The best team is Shinks and Piplup.

Phanpy can't learn earthquake. Only donphan can. I'd say donphan can learn it between lv. 50-60.

The first part of aegis cave is the ice one. So, as you move through the 3 floors of the Ice Ageis cave, collect the I-C-E unown stones (they are sometimes dropped by unown after you defeat them) and talk to the pillar after you clear the dungeon. (3 floors). Then you have to beat regice to go on. Then you do the same for rock and steel ones. At the very end, you get to battle a bunch of hitmonlees, bronzongs and a regigigas. Goody.

Well first beat Dialga. Then graduate. Then wait a few days (do jobs, sentry duty won't work) and after, speak to Mr. Mime in Spinda's Cafe. He will tell you about Scizor getting lost in Blizzard Mountain. He will then ask you to explore it (20 floors) afterwards, it will unlock Crevice Cave (15 floors) but BEWARE. There is a level 41 (45 if you started with Riolu) Froslass. Beat it, rescue Scizor, complete the following events (in which you will meet the Regis, but you can't recruit them yet) then beat Darkrai. After beating him, revisit the Regis and there will be a 55% chance that they will join you. Regigigas is different though. You must of beaten and recruited the other Regis to recruit him. Also, there is only a 20% chance of him joining.

Miracle Sea has 18 floors, followed by a midway point, then Deep Miracle Sea, which has 5 floors, including the boss floor.

It has 50 floors and you find rayqaza at the top of the tower.

Devil's Sea (aka 'Treacherous Waters') is unlocked once you reach the Master * Rank. So the earliest you can access it is after rescuing Scizor.
