Where to go to battle your rivals in Pokemon X and Y?
In Pokémon X and Y, you'll occasionally battle your group of friends during your adventure.
If you meant during post-game, you can find your direct rival in Kiloude City, after battling at least one time at the Battle Maison. He/She is the only one you're allowed to battle but you can do it once per day, though.
Does Pokemon X and Y require you to update your 3DS?
Pokemon X and Y games do sometimes require you to update your 3DS because of a "game save" bug on some of the games.
How do you get the strange souvenir in Pokemon X?
You get it from a backpacker in a hotel who says he isn't from any of the regions in previous games.
What will Espurr evolve into in Pokemon X and Y?
Espurr will evolve into Meowstic starting at level 25.
Take in mind that the female Meowstic move-pool is more offensive, while the male is more supportive.
Where to get a Weezing in Pokemon X and Y?
Koffing and Weezing are not obtainable in Pokémon X and Y so you'll have to wait for the release of Pokémon Bank and Poké Transporter on December 27th of 2013 to transfer one from any Generation V games (Pokémon Black, White, Black 2 and White 2).

I'd say probably Naughty or Adamant. Another way you can tell things like this is go to the pokemon's page and the Nature page of Bulbapedia. Check which stats are high and which are low, and choose a few natures that increase a low stat and decrease a high stat.

The hidden treasure that they refer is not in Geosenge Town but in Couriway Town and it's a Gyaradosite next to the waterfalls that can only be seen at 8:00 p.m. once you've beaten the champ and upgraded your Mega Ring.

You cannot catch Meowstic in Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire however you can catch its pre-evolved form of Espurr in Route 6 in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y and then you can continue to battle with it until you can evolve it into Meowstic once it reaches Level 25.
Where do you catch Cofagrigus on Pokemon X and Y?
Cofagrigus and Yamask are not obtainable in Pokémon X and Y, and thus you either have to transfer them from any Generation V game (Pokémon Black, White, Black 2 and White 2) through the Poké Transporter and Pokémon Bank 3DS apps, ask someone to trade them with you or look for them at the GTS.

There are no item maniacs or collectors in Pokémon X and Y so you can only sell items at PokéMarts.
What Mega Stones are unavailable in Pokemon X and Y?
So far there have only been 6 named Mega Stones: Lucarionite, Blazikenite, Mewtwonite X, Mewtwonite Y, Charizardite X, and Charizardite Y. Lucarionite is the only one listed prior that can be obtained through normal gameplay in both games. Blazikenite must be obtained through an event, which begins on October 12 and lasts until January 15, 2014. Mewtwonite X and Charizardite X can be obtained only in Pokemon X, and Mewtwonite Y and Charizardite Y can only be obtained in Pokemon Y. Mega Stones can be traded between these two games.
How do you get Snorunt in Pokemon X or Y?
If you have enough Friend Codes registered on your Nintendo 3DS, you may find a Snorunt in the Friend Safari located in Kiloude City. Each friend has a Pokémon type associated with him/her so you just need to visit a Ice-type safari but please keep in mind that each safari can only have two to three unchangeable Pokémon.

Where is Team Flare's secret base in Pokemon Y?
Team Flare's secret base is located inside Lysandre Café in Lumiose City. You can easily spot a Team Flare Grunt in Magenta Plaza, which is next to the Poké Center near the Gym. You must defeat both of the grunts and get the password to the secret door behind the cabinet.
Where can you find Heart Scales in Pokemon Y?
In Pokémon X and Y, you can find Heart Scales in certain places like Route 8 or Frost Cavern but the best way to obtain plenty of them is by fishing multiple Luvdisc with the Old Rod at Route 8, Route 12, Cyllage City, Ambrette Town, Shalour City and Azure Bay.
They have a 50% chance of holding a Heart Scale so you can either catch them or use the move Thief to get it (it's the TM46 and please remember that the Pokémon using the move mustn't be holding an item).
You can increase this chance by 10% if the Pokémon leading your Party has the ability Compound Eyes.
