What are Sky Battles in Pokemon X and Y?
Sky Battles are a new mode of battle introduced in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y. So far, the only Pokémon that can participate in these battles are those with the Flying type and some with the Levitate ability (i.e. Haunter). However, Mega Charizard X is so far the only Pokémon that does not meet either of these requirements and is still able to fight in a Sky Battle. This is most likely because it enters the battle first as the normal Fire/Flying Charizard.
Are they going to make a Pokemon X and Pokemon Y anime?
Definitely. The Pokemon anime is still going strong in most countries, and given the popularity it is more of a question of when rather then if.
You still have to wait for the current Black and White anime to finish but it has already been announced to air in Japan on October 17th, 2013.
The first two episodes of the X&Y anime will air on October 19th on Cartoon Network in North America, following the movie Genesect and the Legend Awakened.
