Where do you find the HM Rock Smash in Pokemon Y?
Rock Smash is a TM in Pokémon X and Y and can be obtained from a lady near the Poké Center in Ambrette Town.
How do you have Pikachu know moves such as Present and Iron Tail in Pokemon X and Y?
In Pokémon X and Pokémon Y there is only a way for Pikachu to learn Present via breeding which you can do by placing a female Pikachu (or Raichu) into the Daycare along with a male Delibird that knows Present and at that point it will hatch into a Pikachu that knows Present and then you can trade the Pikachu that knows Present only to either the Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire and you can use the Move Tutor that is on the Battle Resort island in order to teach Iron Tail to it and then you can trade it back.
Where could you find a clawitzer in Pokemon X?
Wild Clawitzer can be found by fishing with a Super Rod at Route 8, Cyllage City and Ambrette Town, but only in the X version.
How do you nuzlocke Pokemon Y?
A Nuzlocke run is a run done with the following rules:
1) You can only catch the first Pokemon you encounter in a new area.
2) If a Pokemon faints, it can no longer be used and has to be released or permanently boxed.
There are other optional rules that you can add to your discretion, too, such as nicknaming every Pokemon you catch.
Where can you find good Pokemon in Pokemon Y?
That depends on which Pokemon you think are good ones. Here are some that I think are good:
- Dittos can be found in Pokemon Village (and some Normal Friend Safaris).
- Tyranitar is awesome, but you have to catch a Pupitar first to evolve. They are available on Route 18, in Terminus Cave, and in some Rock Friend Safaris.
- Yveltal is probably the best Pokemon in the game (Oblivion Wing is a crazy cool move) . You find it in the Team Flare Secret Hideout.
How do you reset Pokemon X and Y?
To delete your saved data in Pokémon X and Y games, simply press X, B and Up of the D-pad simultaneously from the title screen.
Do you have to beat the game to get garchompite?
Yes you do need to beat the game as in beating the Pokémon League Champion in order to get the in-game Garchompite since your Mega Ring needs to be upgraded in order for the hidden Mega Stones to appear in the game however you will have the option of acquiring the Garchompite from another player that is willing to trade theirs and the Garchompite will be able to work in-game regardless of your Mega Ring being upgraded or not.
Where can you get a 3DS emulator for your computer so you can play Pokemon X or Y?
There are no working 3DS emulators at the moment.
Where do you find a Quilladin in Pokemon X?
You either have to level it up from Chespin that you chose in the beginning, or find it in a friend safari (grass type). It isn't available in any of the regular storyline areas.

Yes. Any Pokemon that you leave at Pokemon Daycare to breed will be returned to you, as long as you pay the daycare fee.

If you're asking if you can travel with your leading Pokémon like in the Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver games then no, you cannot.
You can pet, feed and play with them using the Pokémon-Amie, though.
Where to get Will O Wisp in Pokemon X?
In Pokémon X and Y, the TM61 Will-O-Wisp can be found around Route 14, near Laverre City's entrance. The HM01 Cut is needed.

Your competitive rival - Calem or Serena, depending on your chosen gender, can be found in Kiloude City after accepting at least one match in Battle Maison. You can battle him/her once each day- their team doesn't change with each rematch, but the experience and cash reward is very good.
Shauna, the weakest rival, can be found in Veneville Town. You'll receive a starter Pokémon from her, dependent on which of the three you chose at the beginning.
Tierno, the guy who prefers to study Pokémon's movements and often talks about dancing, can be found in Coumarine City. He'll ask each day to see a specific move.
