Mighty Morphin Power Rangers actually had 3 seasons under that heading, however, the cast that included Jason David Frank was around for 4 and a half seasons before being replaced halfway through season 5.

MMPR season 1 featured Jason Lee Scott (Red), Kimberly Hart (Pink), Trini Kwan (Yellow), Billy Cranston (Blue) and Zack Taylor (Black) as the Original 5 chosen by Zordon. They were joined around episode 17 by Tommy Oliver, who actually started out as the evil Green Ranger picked by the space witch Rita Repulsa. After Jason destroyed the the Sword of Darkness (Green With Evil Part 5), Tommy was invited to join the team and serve on the side of good.

During MMPR season 2, Tommy lost the green powers for good and the White Powers were created and given to him by Zordon. When he received the White Tiger powers, he also became the leader of the team.

Shortly after Tommy became the leader, Jason, Trini and Zack were chosen as delegates to a Youth Peace Conference in Switzerland. They were replaced on the team by Rocky DeSantos (Red), Adam Park (Black) and Aisha Campbell (Yellow).

Between seasons 2 and 3, Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: The Movie was released in theaters. For most followers of the series, the movie is not a true representation of how they received their powers since the movie verse was never incorporated into the series. Instead, it just seems to be a by-product that brought some viewers to the series. It does, however, introduce the Rangers' Ninjetti powers to an extent.

Season 3 of MMPR starts off with them loosing their powers, then gaining the Ninjetti powers via Ninjor (in the movie Dulcea helped them acquire their animal spirits before they went on a quest in the jungle to find their powers). This is the last season as MMPR. During this season, Kim leaves to pursue a gymnastics opportunity in Florida and is replaced on the team by Katherine, who was originally a pawn for Rita.

Season 4 starts off a new type of power with the Zeo crystals, but continues with the cast from the end of season 3. The changing of the powers also results in color changes and new additions. Tommy becomes the Red Ranger, Rocky becomes the Blue, Adam becomes Green, but Aisha is replaced by a new girl, Tanya Sloan, who is asked to take Aisha's place during Aisha's Zeo Quest. Billy is no longer a ranger and instead serves as a sort of technical advisor for the team, thus spending most of his time in the Power Chamber. The last portion of the season (between 15-20 episodes) Jason returns to the rangers as the Gold Ranger, having taken the powers temporarily from Trey of Triforia.

Again, between seasons 4 and 5, we are given another Power Rangers movie. This time Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie actually fits in better with the series since season 5 opens with flashbacks that show scenes from the movie as Justin, the newest blue ranger, fills Rocky, who was injured while practicing for a charity karate tournament, in on what happened when they went to free Kim and Jason from Divatox, who intends that they be offerings for Maligore.

Halfway through season 5, Adam, Kat, Tanya and Tommy are replaced as rangers. The team that replaces them will go on to serve, minus Justin, as the Space Rangers in season 6.

Season 6 marks the last time that a previous team will take on a new power and continue to serve as rangers in another season.

I'm not sure what you mean but I'm assuming you mean the codes that the Power Rangers have to go by - as in their rules and therefore those rules are as follows:

1. Never use their powers for personal gain.

2. Never reveal their identities.

3. Never escalate a battle unless they have to.

Obviously some of these rules don't apply to some teams.

Yes, there was a season 3 of Power Rangers since there was a third season of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers however it is the only Power Rangers series that has had three seasons. Power Rangers Samurai had 2 seasons and Power Rangers Megaforce will have two seasons.

No known details as of yet. A crew member for Ranger Productions in New Zealand claimed they weren't filming another season but then Bandai (of America) comes out and says that Disney is producing another season. Only Disney can release such info and until then everything is up in the air regarding Power Rangers 2010.

Technically it wasen't Power Rangers that came first, a Japanese series called "Super Sentai" was released in Japan and then "Americanized" into Power Rangers, so Super Sentai was done by Toei and Power Rangers by Saban.
