Yes, there was a season 3 of Power Rangers since there was a third season of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers however it is the only Power Rangers series that has had three seasons. Power Rangers Samurai had 2 seasons and Power Rangers Megaforce will have two seasons.

Technically it wasen't Power Rangers that came first, a Japanese series called "Super Sentai" was released in Japan and then "Americanized" into Power Rangers, so Super Sentai was done by Toei and Power Rangers by Saban.

No Disney cannot put Power Rangers back on any of their channels whether the channel was ABC, Disney Channel, Freeform or Disney XD since in 2010 they had sold the rights to Haim Saban's Saban Capital Group at which point as a condition of the sale all Disney rights that had been involved with the series (other than the necessary of crediting their companies due to creating the various seasons that they had created) had expired.

Yes, there is a Blue girl Power Ranger, in fact there have been 2 female Blue Power Rangers. One was Tori Hanson, the Blue Wind Ranger in Power Rangers Ninja Storm and the other one was Madison in Power Rangers Mystic Force.

Not all of the actors had stunt doubles. Jason David Frank did a lot of his own stunts especially out of the suit, same thing with most of the non-Disney seasons. Most of the stunt guys were the foot soldiers or other villains and also did some of the stunt work in the Ranger suits except in the case of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers The Movie when Johnny Yong Bosch had to do most of his stunts due to his double getting injured.

During Power Rangers Super Megaforce, the Yellow Ranger named Emily and the Green Ranger named Mike will meet Tommy as the Green Ranger, Cassie as the Pink Space Ranger, T.J. as the Blue Space Ranger, Damon as the Green Galaxy Ranger, Karone as the Pink Galaxy Ranger, Leo as the Red Galaxy Ranger, Dana as the Pink Lightspeed Ranger, Carter as the Red Lightspeed Ranger and Wes as the Red Time Force Ranger.

There were various evil Red Rangers there was the one that was the Twin Man in disguise from the first season, there was the Dark Ranger from the second season, there was Psycho Red from In Space who had returned in Lost Galaxy, there was the Cyborg Ranger in Lightspeed Ranger and there were also evil Red Rangers in Time Force which were seen in another dimension, Wild Force which were the Shadow Ninja Rangers and S.P.D who was the A-Squad.

Alex first reappeared in Power Rangers Time Force as the Mystery Man in the episode that's called "The Time Shadow" however Alex himself with nothing disguising him reappeared for the first time outside of flashbacks in the episode that's called "Dawn of Destiny."
