Can a player be ejected after the final out of the game?
Yes, in major baseball an umpire can eject a pitcher. Last year as an example, a Yankee pitcher was ejected because the home plate umpire checked to find pine tar on the pitchers belt. This is illegal for a pitcher to have any foreign substance on his body or uniform or cap. Another example is, the umpire's opinion, a pitcher has hit too many batters after being warned. That's an ejection as well. Additionally, any player or manage or a pitcher who argues balls and strikes called by the home plate umpire is an automatic ejection.
When do players usually arrive at Fenway for a game?
Like most MLB teams, batting practice starts approximately 3 hours before gametime. There are certain situations, (noon start following a late game, rain delay) where BP is later than that.
Fenway Park's gates open two hours before game time. One person reported that the Red Sox take the field about 20 minutes before gates open, and stay out for approx 30 minutes after gates open. The visiting team then take BP for approx another hour.
Another perspective; I went to batting practice and I was there before it even began. They worked with some young guys at first at like 3 and than started in with the whole team at 4 they all stop at 5:10 for the away to start.

There are probably as many reasons for having any fetish as there are people who have them. Some possibilities:
Needless to say, scat sex can be very dangerous. Feces are, after all, concentrations of stuff the human body doesn't need. People who are into scat sex know how to protect themselves against disease (or at least they should!). This is one of those fetishes you have to be very, VERY careful about.
Answer 2
1. You can attribute some of it to common value of rare things. Rare things in human culture are often perceived as valuable.
2. Enjoyment of scandalous activity.
3. Enjoyment of the socially uncommon/rejected.
As perception changes - people get disgusted by various things. I know people that are more disgusted by kissing a puppy on the nose than being urinated on. Its all in the mind.
If you ask people that practice it you will discover that its more of the act it self than the feces them selves thats interesting to them about it.
