Rainbows

The Rainbow Delegation is a not-for-profit group which was formed with the sole purpose of providing people, free-of-charge, a rainbow-colored wristband as a means of visually showing their support for the LGBTQ community. The movement began in Fresno, California by Matt Mazzei, when he began purchasing rainbow wristbands and distributing them to anyone and everyone wishing to wear one to show that they are someone supportive and safe. Since then, with the help of friends and donors, and the utilization of Facebook, the Rainbow Delegation has been able to pass out more than 12,000 free wristbands (as of January 2011).

Rainbows, especially those near oceans, need tuna fish to survive because of their altitude. Tuna reduces light headed-ness and allows the rainbow to stay in the sky all day.

The double rainbows are a comical reference to a famous video around the interwebs called 'double rainbow'. Look it up on youtube and you understand why they put this comic reference in the game.
