The first race, or the second one? the first race needs mastery of the track, jump over corners, stay on the boost pads, etc. the second race, requires pulling off tricks and a lot of them to maintain your boost bar, while simeultaneously doing what you did during the previous race to win.

skill points are used to unlock costume like turning in to a snow man and turning into a cragmite that's all i can remember :). also you can get a tresure map(which shows where the skill points are) when you defeat captain slag

To some people size does matter, to others it doesn't. It all depends on the person.

On Quark's Hideout. If you have the map o matic, you can see a green area on it. Other wise, when you use the swing shot to cross a gap and there is a automatic turret at the bottom (pretty close to the end of the level) There will be a gap on the right between two walls. It may take a couple of times, but jump in and wall jump to the top. There will be a snowman up there. Simply smash it to get the skill point.

when your selecting your character, press x BUT DO NOT PRESS START, instead move the control stick up and down to select a skin (i think you move the left control stick up and down) you do not need to press x while selecting a skin just press start when you found the skin you want to wear in the level.

In the level "Saint Qwark", you go to the last tentacle and you do not use the cannon. From the cannon, jump off of the platform towards the eye and you will literally blast off to the card! If you fail, you will land on the same tentacle that takes you to the cannon, so you can take as many tries as you want.

You mean Hover Board. You can get the Hover Board if you win the Hover Board challenge you have to came first. If you win Captain Quark gives it to you or Skid Mac Marks one of them.

Aside from the Hoverboard track, i only know of a glitch in Planet Quartau that occurs during the giant clank fight.

Hard to say, in A Crack in Time Galatic Trivia, Doctor Nefarious was originally going to name the Tombli Outpost "Klunk's 'memorial' Work camp and Day Spa". However Klunk's Estate Lawers prevented this from happening. But that doesn't entirely means that he's canonicly dead or not. In the ending of Secret Agent Clank (Last game Klunk made an appearance.) after being turned into a Vacuum cleaner. His eyes blinked at the very end before the credits. Which means he may indeed return, there's a chance. We just have to wait (and hope) for his return.
